Please note that we do not support returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size of color, or if you simply change your mind. We encourage you to check the product details carefully before making a purchase to ensure you’re happy with your selection.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@savvyfinantia.com within 14 calendar days upon receiving the item, with photos of the issue, if the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, so that we can evaluate the issue and and we’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
If you have chosen for refunds, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damages and issues, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded subject to the above. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, each of our items is made-to-order, which means we are unable to accept exchanges at this time. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure each product is made specifically for you. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help!
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
